About the Author

Courtney Siebring is an artist and military spouse who makes her home with her husband and daughter, wherever that may be. Her devotion to Christ, background in theatre making and performance, current work as a voiceover artist, and longtime practice of writing poetry informs the way she sees and interacts with the world. Courtney has published two children’s books, Little Spark of Life and Every Body Wonderfully Made, with Paraclete Press and poetry with The Way Back To Ourselves, The Anselm Society, and Focus on the Family. About the Illustrator

Irina Avgustinovich is originally from Belarus, and currently based in Portugal. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in classical painting and ceramics, Irina found her calling in children’s illustration. With her 6-year-old son, she finds immense joy in immersing herself in the world of childhood, spontaneity, and boundless creativity. She cherishes humor in illustrations, favoring lightness and the interplay of textures, light, and color.
